Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing a NewRoleKit Pro subscription. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your NewRoleKit Pro subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at ofirozon@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not eligible for a refund unless requested within 7 days of the renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account page.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund — please submit a refund request separately if you are within the eligible window above.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
