DOCX to PDF converts a Microsoft Word document (.docx) into a PDF file that looks the same on every device and cannot be edited by accident. Upload the document, wait a few seconds, and download an A4 PDF with embedded fonts, working headings, lists, tables and images.
Unlike the image tools on this site, a Word document has to be processed on a server, because browsers cannot lay out DOCX files. The server receives the file over HTTPS, checks that it really is a Word document, converts it in memory and returns the PDF. The file is never written to disk and nothing is kept after the response is sent. Only the size, the duration and the outcome are logged.
Hebrew, Arabic and other right-to-left languages are rendered with correct direction and alignment, and mixed-direction paragraphs are handled per paragraph. The converter embeds Noto Sans and Noto Sans Hebrew, so the PDF opens identically on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.

Frequently asked questions
- Is my Word document stored anywhere?
- No. The file is converted in memory on the server and discarded as soon as the PDF is returned. It is never written to disk, never backed up and never read for any other purpose. We log only the file size, the conversion time and whether it succeeded.
- What is preserved in the PDF?
- Headings, paragraphs, bold and italic text, bullet and numbered lists, tables, embedded images and hyperlinks. Text direction is handled per paragraph, so Hebrew and Arabic content is aligned right and reads correctly.
- What is not preserved?
- Custom fonts are replaced by Noto Sans, and headers, footers, page numbers, columns, text boxes and exact page breaks are simplified. If you need a pixel-perfect layout, export from Word directly; if you need a clean, readable PDF from a document quickly, this tool is faster.
- Why is the limit 4 MB?
- Most Word documents are well under 1 MB; the limit is reached only by documents with many large photos. Compress the images first with the image tools on this site, or split the document.
- Can I convert .doc files?
- Not yet. Only the modern .docx format is accepted. Open the .doc in Word or LibreOffice and save it as .docx first.
- Does it work with password-protected documents?
- No. Encrypted documents cannot be read without the password; remove the protection in Word and try again.
